Yoga
Date/Time: Tuesday Mornings (7-7:45am) & Thursday Evenings (6-6:45pm) Instructor: Carmen Olson:

Location: Lake Agassiz Education Center (616 Reno St)

Cost: $5 (punch card available) - pay at class.

This relaxing yoga practice will meet at the Lake Agassiz Building. Yoga will help you find increased energy, balance, strength, flexibility, and better breathing!

Bring your own yoga mat (and yoga blocks if you have them).
Carmen is a big believer in self care. In my spare time, I love to read, travel, spend time with family and friends, garden, walk, and of course do YOGA!
