Description:
Community Members seeking guidance on estate planning can attend a free class on Tuesday, April 29th at 6pm. This will take place at Hawley High School in the Collaboration Space.
The session, lead by Chad Miller, an attorney with Krekelberg Law Firm, will provide an overview of essential estate planning topics and the latest updates on MN law.
The estate planning programs are widely well-attended and are a sought after event to attend.
The session is free & open to the public. We encourage attendants to call ahead so we can get an accurate count of attendance, or sign up online. Please enter through Door 16 & the Collab space will be on your left attached to the HS commons.
Topics include:
-Probate and the role of wills in the process
-Revocable and irrevocable trusts in estate planning
-Powers of attorney, health directives, and the current status of estate and gift tax laws.
-Attendees are encouraged to bring questions, as the class is designed to be interactive.
